At Heartland your child will learn a variety of skills, all taught in a Christ-centered classroom with the goal of Kindergarten readiness.

Tuition & Fees

Preschool tuition is $199 / month.

• Payments are due the 1st of every month.

• A $20 late fee will be applied for each late week up to two weeks. Any accounts more than 2 weeks past due, without special arrangements, will result in a loss of placement. New enrollment fees will apply at the time of re-enrollment.

Fees

• A non-refundable fee of $50 per child is due at the time of acceptance of your child into the Heartland Child Care Ministry. This secure's the child's spot, and covers expenses, supplies, educational material, and paperwork.

• A minimum fee of $25 will be charged for each returned check.

Discounts

• Family: 2nd child (older of two children), less 10%, 3rd child (oldest of three children), less 20%.

• Heartland Members (active status) will receive a 10% discount on tuition rates.

Safety

• All staff members are trained annually in infant and child CPR, first aid, and universal precautions. Criminal history screens, including background checks, are done on all staff along with drug and TB tests.

• Heartland Community Church is a secure building. All children are dropped off and picked up in the airlock just inside the front doors. Children will only be released to pre-authorized adults on your pick-up list with proper identification. We will request a photo ID for anyone we do not recognize.

• Heartland Community Church and Heartland Child Care Ministry comply with all building and safety codes. The Child Care facility has been childproofed against accidents and hazards wherever possible.

• Annual and/or quarterly inspections include: IDEM, Indiana Fire Marshal, and FSSA

• The Child Care practices fire drills monthly and (during Tornado season) Tornado Drills. Maps of the exits and plan of action during an emergency are located in every classroom. In the case of an emergency, each parent will be notified as soon as possible.

• The use of tobacco, unintended use of toxic substance, use and/or possession of alcohol or any illegal substance at the Child Care facility is prohibited.
